Alternativamente podes sempre dizer qualquer coisa como: "Hi again, we booked your hostel because we got the impression, from looking at your pictures, that you were different from the pack. From your decoration it seemed as if you were more accessible, more familiar and down to earth - ultimately, one could say that what came through was that you were more spiritually and emotionally connected to your clients and committed to embracing the human condition, instead of just "making money" and coldly/plainly "executing a business plan". As far as it goes, though, it seems that we were wrong, and you are just like every other capitalistic accommodation outlet we have been before - yes, that's right, your are vulgar. So, with that said, more than being concerned at not being able to eat at all during the whole of our 4-day stay in Cologne (please note we had invested our last savings in the extra 5€ difference between your hostel and a well known competitor hostel in Cologne, precisely due to the free breakfast that you implicitly but rather ambiguously - for your own cynical retro-protection - promise in your website), we are concerned about your perversion and corruption of modern communication channels in order to mislead other HUMANS into executing a commodity-service direct exchange with you. From our side all we can say is that we are extremely disappointed with your decision of only giving us 3 out of the 4 breakfasts for free. It seems like one of us won't really be able to eat for 4 days but in all honesty this is not a big deal because we pulled straws in order to decide who it would be and, fortunately, the loser is someone who is unemployed hence already used to it in our home country of Portugal.
Looking forward to see you soon. Still friends like before?"
